La Flor's newest addition of power foods have arrived!!! All natural Quinoa is used in replacement of rice in your daily cooking. The ratio is 1 cup of uncooked Quinoa to 2 cups of water or stock. Bring to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed, 15-20 minutes.
Also, try adding La Flor Quinoa to a hot oatmeal dish in the morning.
